The new WAVS campus is open. Help launch its welding course.
Earlier this year, WAVS opened a new campus in Guinea-Bissau, West Africa. Already, more than 150 students have enrolled!
Many of the students want to learn welding, a job skill that is proven to significantly increase incomes. So today, we’re asking you to help purchase tools and supplies for a new welding course.
Working together, if we can raise $40,000 by the end of the year, we’ll be able to train more than 100 welders! You can make a tax-deductible gift of any amount. Scroll down to see the cost of specific items for the welding course.

Most people in Guinea-Bissau live off less than $2 a day. But if just one person in a family has a good-paying job, the poverty cycle ends.
Watch the video to see how Cirilo overcame the odds and used a new job skill to work for a brighter future.
This holiday season, help equip more young welders like Cirilo by purchasing tools and supplies for a new welding course at the Bissau campus.
